THANK YOU 〰️
Ian’s Wings of Light non-profit memorial foundation is in honor of our amazing son Ian Duchemin who was killed in a boating incident in Old Saybrook, CT on September 2, 2024.
It is with our deepest gratitude that we thank everyone who participated in the first annual Ride to Remember in support of Ian’s Wing’s of Light Foundation. Your presence, generosity and community spirit made this year’s ride an incredible success.
To our riders:
To each person that mounted up and rode with us, thank you! Your dedication to honoring our mission, rain or shine, fuels our purpose and inspires us all. The sight of your motorcycles riding together was a powerful reminder that our community can come together to make a difference.
To our volunteers and organizers:
To the tireless volunteers and organizers who donated their time, energy and expertise, your efforts are the reason this event ran so smoothly. From registration to the route and the celebration at the end, your hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed. Thank you!
To our donors and sponsors:
To our sponsors and those who contributed generously, your donations are an investment in the future. Your support will directly fund the tools and training for the next generation of skilled trade workers. Because of you, young people in our community can pursue their passions and build rewarding careers. Thank you for your contributions!
Your impact:
Your collective effort raised $10,000.00 for the Ian’s Wings of Light Foundation, making it possible for us to award scholarships to deserving students. This support will help to reduce the financial burden on future welders, electricians, plumbers and mechanics, allowing them to focus on their education and perfect their craft.
The Ride to Remember is more than just an event; it is a demonstration of our community’s commitment to building a brighter future. We are humbled by your heartfelt support.
With sincere gratitude,
